Fort Worth DWIs Lock Up 5 time Offender – Hopefully For Good

Stephen Hall will finally be off our Fort Worth streets after he was sentenced to 45 years in prison. This was his 5th DWI and his blood alcohol content more than 2 X the legal limit.

Convicted of his fifth DWI? What’s going on out there?

Yesterday I asked the father of two clients about the two time offender who had crashed into his son and daughter — driving into them on the wrong

side of Interstate 35 — last year had been convicted. Thanks to the family’s help, the drunk was just sentenced to eight years in jail in Cleburne. I forced his insurance company to pay the maximum amount of money on his policy after filing suit. Then I got another $30,000.00 for the young woman on an insurance policy that the family hadn’t even purchased! Finally I reduced balances they owed to health insurance and medical providers. I was pleased when the family said they were delighted that they had hired me and would recommend me to everyone they knew — and already have sent me a new client.

We need to figure out a way to keep drunks from drinking and driving and crashing into innocent motorists. I hate drunk drivers and will do everything in my power to go after them and their insurance companies to get you the money you deserve.
